STEP 1 Both the buyer and seller have an Account page, where they can open a new transaction. Both the buyer and seller will then have their Account page instantly updated with the new payment. STEP 2 The buyer then sends the money, via Paypal, to PHPEscrow. STEP 3 The buyer receives their item, then completes the Escrow payment. It is credited to the seller’s account.
